Inmate #738249: Haley. Eloise told me Luce got hit by a car. Was it a seizure--

Line #12: No. Nova found a suicide note on my bed.

Inmate #738249: You have to be fucking me.

Line #12: He took some painkillers and  rolled in the middle of  Las Vegas Boulevard. He only got hit once, a police car noticed him  and stopped the traffic.

Inmate #738249: Haley. I don’t know what to—

Line #12: I knew he was struggling. The signs were there but I’ve just been preoccupied with work and--everything else. I’m just tired. I can’t do this again.

Inmate #738249: I know. I can’t ask you to stay with him for me.

Line #12: I’m not leaving...I take my vows seriously. I just hate the depression. It lies to him.

Line #12: Yeah, just some broken bones. I want him to stay in a skilled nursing home until he’s healed. They have rehabilitation and therapy...my insurance will cover most of it. He’s allowed to have a cell phone. I can leave it with him so you can call.

Inmate #738249: I’d appreciate that. How is Nova ?

Line #12: I can’t tell. Everything seems to roll off him but I don’t think he’s used to seeing--
