So, I'm going to do a wrap up post but I figured I'd do some immediate Q&A. I hope HMLIS wrapped everything up in a feel good ending, but I'm going to try and imagine the immediate questions you would have.
Will there be a sequel ?
Um, no. Probably not. Maybe I'll visit the characters in stories or novellas or something, but I'm not planning on it.
Update: I'm planning on the novella thing...
So, are you going to fully explain why Jonah and Corinne can see Abigail. Also, wait..how can someone in a coma exist outside their body ?
No, I can't explain. But only because I don't know. When I wrote this I was never seeking to answer why they can see her, just that they can...or maybe they were all Angels in a former life, who knows ?
Are Jonah / Corinne together in the end ?
Like a couple ? Not officially. I went back and forth about making them a couple. From the beginning Jonah felt very...asexual as a character and their personalities didn't exactly match. I realized they weren't ever going to 'fall passionately in love' with each other. They are just at the 'I really, really, like you let's hang out' stage. So, short answer: not yet.
Are Matt/Sev a couple ?
They are a lot closer than Jonah and Corinne. Although, in the beginning Matt was supposed to have a crush on Posey Henry from chapter one, but he and Sev got along so well I just went with it.
What about Jonah's family ?
I see an HEA in their future. The reason his family is so stressed is because his parents were keeping secrets from Jonah/Ethan. Now that it's all out there, I see things going positively.
What about Blythe and Phillip ?
I thought it would be disenguine to "cure them" or something within the story. I wanted to show them living with their illnesses and also getting help.
However, Blythe is a little more ambigious, since she isn't in the epilogue. I don't quite see her and Abigail getting back together.
Wait,if Abigail went into a coma a year ago and she was going to Eastham that year...is she older than Jonah and Sev ?
Kind of, I guess. I thought about this. She's probably like 20 and Jonah/Corinne are 19.

SHV: Maybe... IDK it's a little one-wordy.
